At Banksia Coast, we recognise the pivotal role RTOs play in shaping the future of early childhood education and care (ECEC). Our service offers comprehensive ECEC training package facilitation, including face-to-face classroom instruction and workplace visits for competency assessments. We understand the fluctuating demands of RTO management and provide dependable online facilitation and study groups to ensure uninterrupted training quality. Our Qualified Trainer and Assessor is ready to step in for on-site training or marking overloads, to assist your RTO in maintaining high standards of education without missing a beat, even during staff leaves or peak periods. Our Senior Consultant has extensive experience with instructional designing projects and will develop engaging and current training resources for delivery of accredited and non-accredited courses.

• Face to face classroom facilitation of units of competency onsite at the RTOs location.

• Facilitation of the HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting onsite at the RTOs location. 
• Resources and assessments must be provided by the RTO.

• Facilitation of the CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk onsite at the RTOs location or online.
• Resources and assessments must be provided by the RTO. 
• Hourly rate. Travel fee may apply.

• External marking of assessments of the Certificate lll & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Hourly rate or rate based on assessments marked and finalised. Please enquire.

• Independant stakeholder participation in validation, providing an external perspective in the review and development of assessment tools, reinforcing the integrity and effectiveness of an RTO's programs.
• Participation in validation can be online, over the phone or in-person.
• Hourly rate. Travel fee may apply.

• Compliant training resource development and editing services to assist your RTO in developing and delivering engaging, quality training outcomes for your students. 
• Training resources can include Learner Guides, Student Assessment Workbooks, Assessor Marking Guides, Session Planning, PowerPoints, Mapping documents and other resources that compliment facilitation of the ECEC training packages and other courses.

• Student mentoring is offered to students of all ages, enrolled in an early childhood education and care course with an RTO or high-school students enrolled in a VET in schools program. 
• Our consultant has experience working with people of all ages and varying needs. A copy of the consultants WWCC, child protection, RRHAN-EC, HLTAID012 First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid certificates will be provided. 
• Student mentoring is available for support inside and outside the classroom to assist the student to progress through the course and achieve their study goals.
